6D Energy Fruit contains 26 gr of carbohydrates, with a glucose/fructose ratio of 2:1. These fruit pastes also contain 100 mg of sodium, which helps the body to replenish its salt reserves quickly. 6D Energy Fruit contains very little fat, protein and fibre, making this carbohydrate-rich fruit bar easy to digest. Thanks to its soft texture, this compact energy source is very easy to chew. The 'Grapefruit' flavour is enriched with 75 mg of caffeine for an extra boost.

How To Use It?
Consume 1 to 2 Energy Fruit per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort. Due to the high concentration of carbohydrates and sodium, it is recommended to use 6D Energy Fruit in combination with water to ensure proper absorption.
