Product Description
6D Energy Gel contains 30 gr of carbohydrates, in a 2:1 glucose/fructose ratio. This gel also contains 200 mg of sodium to help the body rapidly replenish its salt reserves. 6D Energy Gel has a thick texture. An addition of water is recommended for faster absorption. The 'Cola' flavour is enriched with 75 mg of caffeine for an extra boost.

How To Use It?
Use 1 to 3 gels per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort. Due to the high concentration of carbohydrates and sodium, it is recommended to use 6D Energy Gels in combination with water to ensure proper absorption.
