This solution is composed of 5gr of branched chain amino acids (BCAA) at a ratio of 3:1:1, two natural sources of caffeine, a combination of vitamins and minerals, namely: magnesium which helps reduce fatigue, vitamin C which contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system during and after vigorous exercise, zinc which contributes to the protection of the cells against oxidative stress, and vitamin B6 which also contributes to the reduction of fatigue as well as to a normal energy metabolism.
