How To Use It?

Dissolve 1 serving of 6 gr (1 scoop) in 250 ml of water. On workout days : 1 serving 30 minutes before a workout or 1 serving directly after workout. On rest days : 1 serving in the morning after getting up or 1 serving at bedtime.
