Essential Aminos provides all the essential amino acids and branched (BCAAs), the most important amino acids for athletes. Essential amino acids are essential to the body and must be brought by the diet because it is unable to synthesize them. Essential Aminos contains at least 5.7 g of glutamine and 4.5 g of BCAA per dose, in ideal proportions of 3: 1: 1. The amount of leucine is thus three times higher than the proportions of valine and isoleucine.
