How To Use It?
Take 3 doses of 4 capsules per day. On training days, take a 1st dose in the morning, a 2nd dose after sport, and a 3rd dose before going to bed. On days of rest, take a 1st dose in the morning, a 2nd dose between meals, and a 3rd dose before going to bed.
