During pregelatinisation, the rice grains are cooked to modify the traditional structure of the starch granules. The result is a pregelatinised rice flour that is easy to use and can be used in a wide range of recipes. Tasty Rice retains the vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B6) and minerals (calcium, phosphorus and zinc) of wholegrain rice.

How To Use It?
Tasty Rice from Life Pro can be used as an ingredient in a variety of recipes. The recommended dose is 50 gr, which can be mixed with water, milk or plant milk to obtain a thicker or thinner texture, depending on your preferences.
