-20g of cookies & cream flavour flour
-20g of spelt flakes
-1 egg
-10g of chia seeds
-A banana
-A little baking soda
Preparation
-Mashed potato the banana in a bowl with a fork.
-Add the other ingredients to the bowl, mix well and heat in the microwave for 4 minutes. Turn the mixture out onto a plate.
NB: you can add a scoop of whey, remember to add a little milk ;-)
