Ingredients (for 6 small pancakes)
-35g sweet potato flour
-35g flour
-One egg
-some milk
Preparation
-Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the milk until you get a paste that is neither too smooth nor too thick. You can also add a scoop of whey ;-)
-Cook in a pan with a butter spray.

-Salted butter caramel syrup
-Salted butter caramel peanuts (optional)
