Shop Manager
A hands-on, front-line role in one of our stores. You are the face of the brand, every single day.
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Shop Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day experience in one of our Sport-Nutrition stores. This is not a back-office role. You will be on the floor, building genuine relationships with customers who are serious about their performance and nutrition, driving sales with a consultative approach and making the store a place people want to come back to.
- Welcome, advise and guide customers toward the right products for their goals
- Drive in-store sales with a consultative and customer-first approach
- Manage stock, merchandising and overall store cleanliness
- Handle daily operations and opening/closing procedures
- Stay up to date on our full product range and share that knowledge with confidence
- Represent the Sport-Nutrition brand with energy and professionalism every day
- Naturally sales-driven with a love for customer interaction
- Friendly, approachable and always ready with a genuine smile
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Passionate about sports nutrition and an active lifestyle
- Agile, organised and comfortable running a store independently
- Holder of a valid driver's licence B
- Based in or around Antwerp, Leuven or Mechelen
A strong plus: previous experience as a fitness coach or nutritionist will really set you apart from other candidates.
