6D Sport Chew are tasty fruit pastes containing 30 gr of carbohydrates, in a glucose/fructose ratio of 2:1. 6D Sports Chew contains very little fat, protein and fibre, making this carbohydrate-rich fruit bar very easy to digest. Thanks to its soft texture, this compact energy source is very easy to chew. The ‘Grapefruit’ flavour is enriched with 75 mg of caffeine for an extra boost.

How To Use It?
Consume 1 to 2 Sports Chews per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort. Due to the high concentration of carbohydrates, it is recommended to use 6D Sports Chew in combination with water to ensure proper absorption.
