6D Sports Gel contains 30g of carbohydrates, in a glucose/fructose ratio of 2:1. This gel also contains 200 mg of sodium to help the body rapidly replenish its salt reserves. 6D Energy Gel has a liquid texture and a compact size (45ml). An addition of water is recommended for faster absorption. The ‘Cola’ flavour is enriched with 75 mg of caffeine for an extra boost.

How To Use It?
Use 1 to 3 gels per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the effort. Although 6D Sports Gel is isotonic, it is recommended to drink enough water during exercise.
