In addition to creatine monohydrate, Attack contains creatine citrate and creatine pyruvate to improve physical performance during short periods of high-intensity exercise. Attack also contains amino acids (L-glutamine, taurine, L-tyrosine and L-ornithine) that promote nitric oxide. This pre-workout formula also contains an electrolyte complex (potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium) which is essential for replenishing electrolyte losses during intense and prolonged workouts. Attack is also enriched with vitamins B3 and B9.

How To Use It?
Mix one 13 gr serving (3/4 scoop) with 500 ml of water. On training days, take one serving 30 minutes before your workout. On rest days, take one serving before meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
